AACCC UG Counselling 2024 : All Information

All the eligible candidates who qualified in NEET(UG) examination and aspiring for admission in Under Graduate (BAMS/BSMS/BUMS/BHMS) courses are hereby informed that Counselling for All India Quota seats under Government, Government Aided, Deemed Universities, Central Universities, and National Institutes for the session 2024-25 will be conducted by Ayush Admissions Central Counseling Committee (AACCC), Ministry of Ayush, Government of India.

AACCC-UG Counseling :-

  1. 15% All India Quota UG (BAMS/BSMS/BUMS/BHMS) seats under Govt./Govt. Aided institutes of all States/ Union Territories.
  2. 100% UG (BAMS/BSMS/BUMS/BHMS) seats under Central Universities/ National Institutes.
  3. 100% UG (BAMS) seats under Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh.
  4. 50% BUMS seats of AMU, Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh.
  5. 50% BAMS & BHMS seats of NEIA&H, Shilong, Meghalaya.
  6. 50% BAMS seats of AIIA, Goa.
  7. 50% BSMS seats of NIS, Chennai.
  8. 100% UG (BAMS/BSMS/BUMS/BHMS) seats of all Deemed Universities.

Required Documents at the time of joining College :-

Original documents (along with attested photocopies, preferably 02 sets of documents)
required at the time of joining in allotted ASU& H College are as below:
i. Provisional Allotment Letter generated online from the AACCC portal.
ii. Admit Card for the NEET (UG) Exam issued by NTA.
iii. NEET (UG)  Result/ Rank letter issued by NTA.
iv. Date of Birth Certificate (if the10th Standard Certificate does not bear the same)
v. Class 10th Pass Certificate and Marks sheet
vi. Class 12th Pass Certificate and Marks sheet
vii. Eight (8) Passport size photographs. (Same as affixed on the NEET (UG) /AACCC-UG counseling online application form).
viii. Proof of identity (Aadhar/PAN card/Driving License/Voter ID/ Passport)
ix. Medical Fitness Certificate issued by Registered Medical Practitioner
x. Transfer Certificate from the last studied institution
xi. The Candidate should also bring the following certificate, if applicable:
a) Disability Certificate
b) SC/ST Certificate
c) OBC-NCL certificate
d) Economically Weaker Section (GEN-EWS) certificate

RESERVATION POLICY :-

Reservation Policy of the Central Government in All India Quota seat
sunder Govt./Govt. Aided/ National Institutes/ Central Universities is as follows:
⇒ S.C.-15%
⇒ S.T.-7.5%
⇒ OBC-NCL- 27%
⇒ GEN-EWS-10% (as per the prevailing norms and/or notifications of the Govt. of India.)
⇒ PwBD- 5% (as per relevant Regulations under NCISM/NCH Act 2020)

REGISTRATION & COUNSELING PROCESS :-

ROUND-1

Eligibility for participation: Only NEET (UG) qualified candidates are eligible to apply for the AACCC-UG counseling.
Process:
Step 1: Registration for AACCC-UG Counseling.
Step 2: Payment of Counseling Fee (Non-Refundable Registration Fee + Security Money)
Step 3: Choice filling and locking
Step 4: Publication of Seat allotment list (Publication of result)
Step 5: Physical Reporting to the allotted college.

ROUND-2

Eligibility for participation:
a) NEET( UG) qualified candidates who have not registered in the 1st Round.
b) Candidates registered for the 1st Round and were not allotted a seat.
c) Candidates who have opted for free exit in the 1st Round.
d) Candidates joined the allotted seat in the 1st Round and submitted willingness for upgradation in the 2nd Round.
Process:
Step 1: Registration for AACCC- UG Counseling. (The candidates who participated
in 1st Round need not be registered again)
Step 2: Payment of Counseling Fee includes Non-Refundable Registration Fee + Security Money (Need not to pay by the candidates, those who already paid the counseling fee at the time of registration for 1st Round)
Step 3: Choice filling and locking.
Step 4: Publication of Seat allotment list (Publication of Result).
Step 5: Physical Reporting to the allotted college.

ROUND-3

Eligibility for participation:
a) NEET (UG) qualified candidates who have not registered in the 1st Round & 2nd Round.
b) Candidates who have already registered but were not allotted seats in the 1st Round & 2nd Round.
c) The candidate registered in the 1st Round/ 2nd Round & availed of Free Exit.
d) Candidates joined in the 1st Round allotted seats and submitted willingness for upgradation but did not participate in the 2nd Round of counseling.
e) Candidates joined in the 2nd Round allotted seat and submitted willingness for upgradation in the 3rd Round.
f) Candidates who leave/resign the allotted seat in the 2nd Round, with forfeiture of Security money, three days before the commencement of the 3rd Round, can participate with payment of complete fees.
Process
Step 1: Registration for AACCC-UG Counseling. (Those candidates who participated in 1st Round/2nd Round need not be registered again).
Step 2: Payment of Counseling Fee includes non-refundable Registration Fee and Security Money. (No Need to pay by those candidates who have already paid the counseling fee at the time of registration for 1st Round /2nd Round).
Step 3: Choice filling and locking.
Step 4: Publication of Seat allotment list (Publication of Result).
Step 5: Physical Reporting to the allotted college.

STRAY VACANCY ROUND FOR AIQG/AIQGA/CU/NI

The seats remain vacant (not joined/withdrawn) after the 3rd Round of AACCC-UG Counseling of Govt./Govt. Aided colleges/CU/NI will continue to be filled through the online Stray Vacancy Round conducted by the AACCC, M/o Ayush.
Eligibility for participation:
All registered candidates who have not been admitted to any of the seats through AACCC-UG counseling or counseling conducted by State/UTs are eligible for Stray Vacancy Round.
Process
There is no Fresh Registration in Stray Vacancy Round.
Candidates must submit a willingness in the AACCC-UG portal to participate in the Stray Vacancy Round with an undertaking that they are not holding any UG (ASU&H) seats allotted through AACCC-UG counseling or counseling conducted by State/UTs.
Option for choice filling is available in the Stray Vacancy Round.
No upgradation is available from any of the 3 Rounds to the Stray Vacancy Round.

STRAY VACANCY ROUND FOR DEEMED UNIVERSITY

For seat allotment under Deemed Universities, the Stray Vacancy Round will be conducted by the respective Deemed Universities at the institute level.
AACCC, M/o Ayush will send a list of eligible registered candidates to Deemed Universities, which is to be exercised strictly in order of merit in the Stray Vacancy Round.
The seats are domicile-free, and only registered candidates of AACCC-UG counseling are eligible for admission
