🎯 Eligibility Criteria
For State Quota (Gujarat)
- Must have passed 12th (B/AB Group) with Physics, Chemistry, Biology from:
- Gujarat Board / CBSE / ISCE / NIOS
- Schools located in Gujarat State
- Qualified in NEET UG 2025
- Domicile of Gujarat or fulfilling special categories such as:
- Gujarat Government employees posted outside
- Defense personnel’s children
- NRI/OCI students born in Gujarat
- Navodaya Vidyalaya students with Std. 1–8 education from Gujarat
For 15% All India Quota (AIQ) in Self-financed BAMS & BHMS
- Passed 12th (B/AB group) from any Indian board
- Qualified NEET-UG 2025

Students must produce original and self-attested photocopies of the following:
- Std. 10th & 12th Marksheet
- NEET UG 2025 Scorecard
- Birth Certificate / School Leaving Certificate
- Domicile Certificate (if applicable)
- Category Certificate (SC/ST/SEBC/EWS)
- Non-Creamy Layer Certificate (SEBC)
- Physical Disability Certificate (PwD)
- Local Candidate Certificate (for Ahmedabad/Surat)
- Passport (for OCI/NRI)
- Fitness Certificate (to be uploaded from official site)
- Bonafide certificate (Defense/Govt. employee category)
- Demand Draft (for NRI candidates – ₹10,000 in favor of ACPUGMEC)

- 🟥 Supplementary exam candidates of 2025 are not eligible for AYUSH counselling in the same year.
- ❌ Incomplete or incorrect document submission will lead to disqualification.
