Required Documents :-

Original documents (along with attested photocopies of documents) required at the time of joining in allotted ASU& H College are as below:

i. Admit Cards of NEET Exam issued by NTA.

ii. NEET Result/ Rank letter issued by NTA.

iii. Date of Birth Certificate (if 10th Standard Certificate does not bear the same)

iv. Class 10th Certificate

v. Class 10+2 Certificate

vi. Class 10+2 Marks Sheet

vii. Eight (8) Passport size photograph same as affixed on the application form.

viii. Provisional Allotment Letter generated online from AACCC portal.

ix. Proof of identity (Aadhar/ PAN/ Driving License/ Passport/ Voter ID )

x. Medical Fitness Certificate issued by Registered Medical Practitioner in

prescribed format as attached in Annexure-VI.

xi. The Candidate should also bring the following certificate, if applicable:

a) Disability Certificate

b) SC/ST Certificate

c) OBC certificate

d) Economically Weaker Section (EWS) certificate

Eligibility for Medical Studies : 

1. ( i ) Only candidates who are indigenous inhabitants or Permanent Residents of the State and have passed 10 + 2 level examination from a recognized University or Board of Authority in the subjects of Physics , Chemistry , Biology / Biotechnology and English and qualifying NEET UG 2022 are eligible to apply . Further , subject to production of a Permanent Resident Certificate , 

( ii ) Children of Employees of the Central Government , other State / UT Government who are on deputation to Meghalaya and 

( iii ) Children of employees of the Central Government , All India Services , other State / UT Government posted in and having Headquarter within Meghalaya will also be eligible to apply , provided they fulfill conditions at ( i ) above . 

2. They should complete the age of 17 years on or before 31st December , 2022. The upper age limit for candidates is 25 years as on 31st December 2022. However , provided that this upper age limit shall be relaxed by 5 years for the candidates of SC / ST .
