INTRODUCTION

Ayush Admissions Central Counseling Committee (AACCC) of Ministry of Ayush, Govt. of India, New Delhi is conducting Online Counseling for allotment of Under Graduate (BAMS/BUMS/BSMS/BHMS) seats under All India Quota in participating Govt./Govt.aided Ayurveda/Siddha/Unani/Homoeopathy Colleges (15%), Deemed Universities (100%), and Central Universities/National Institutes to the NEET qualified eligible candidates since 2019. The allotment of seats to the candidates is made based on the NEET UG, 2022 Examination conducted by National Testing Agency (NTA).

REGISTRATION FEE & SECURITY MONEY :-

At the time of registration, students must pay two kinds of fee
a) Non-Refundable Registration Fee
 Rs. 1000/- for AIQG/AIQGA/Central University/National Institute
UR/EWS/OBCcandidates.
 Rs. 500/- For SC/ ST/ PWD
 Rs. 5000/- For Deemed University for all Categories.
b) Refundable Security Fee will be refunded to candidates after joining the allotted college or if candidate did not get any seat during counseling, to the same account of candidate from which payment had been made.
 For AIQG/AIQGA/National Institute/Central University UR/EWS/OBC candidates– Rs.10,000/-
 For SC/ST/ PWD –Rs. 10,000/-
 For Deemed University-Rs. 50,000/-For example:
1. Any candidate opting for Deemed University will have to pay an amount of Rs.55000/- atthe time of registration (i.e., Rs 5000/- Non-Refundable Registration fee + Rs. 50,000/-
Refundable Security fee.)
2. Any OBC candidate opting for AIQG only will have to pay an amount of Rs.11000/- atthe time of registration (i.e., Rs 1000/- Non-Refundable Registration fee + Rs. 10,000/- refundable Security fee.)

The AIQ seats* come under AACCC-UG Counselling:
i. 15% All India Quota UG (BAMS/BUMS/BSMS/BHMS) Seats of Govt./Govt. aided institute of all States/UT’s (except Jammu & Kashmir)
ii. 100% BAMS Seats of BHU, Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh
iii. 100% BAMS Seats of ITRA, Jamnagar, Gujarat(except nominated seats)
iv. 100% BAMS seats of NIA, Jaipur, Rajasthan (except nominated seats)
v. 100% BHMS seats of NIH, Kolkata, West Bengal (except nominated seats)
vi. 100% UG (BAMS/BUMS/BSMS/BHMS) Seats of all Deemed Universities
vii. 100 % (15% AIQ + 85% DQ) UG( BAMS/BUMS/BHMS) seats under Delhi University 
viii. 50% BUMS seats of AMU, Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh.
ix. 50% BAMS & BHMS seats of NEIA&H, Shilong, Meghalaya

RESERVATION POLICY

The reservation policy of the Central Government is applicable in 15 % AIQ seats of Govt./Govt Aided ASU & H Colleges /Central Universities/ National Institutes as under:
 S.C.- 15%
 S.T.- 7.5%
 O.B.C.- 27% (Non-Creamy Layer as per central list)
 EWS- 10% (as per Central Govt. norms)
 PwD- 5% Horizontal Reservation

COUNSELING PROCESS

ROUND-1

Eligibility: Only NEET-UG 2022 qualified candidates will be eligible to apply for the AACCC-UG counseling.
Process:
Step 1: Registration for AACCC-UG Counseling.
Step 2: Payment of Counselling Fee (Non Refundable Registration Fee + Security Deposit Money)
Step 3: Choice filling and locking
Step 4: Release of Seat allotment list (Result Publication)
Step 5: Physical Reporting to the allotted college.
ROUND- 2

Eligibility:
a) NEET (UG)-2022 qualified candidates who have not registered in Round-1.
b) A candidate who registered for Round-1 and was not allotted any seat.
c) Candidates who have opted for free exit in the 1st Round.
d) Candidates who joined the allotted seat in the 1st Round and submitted willingness for up-gradation in the 2nd Round.
Process:
Step 1: Registration for AACCC- UG Counseling. (The candidates participated in 1st Round need not to be registered again)
Step 2: Payment of Counseling Fee includes Non-Refundable Registration Fee + Security Money (Need not pay by the candidates, those who already paid the counseling fee at time of registration
for 1st Round)
Step 3: Choice filling and locking.
Step 4: Release of Seat allotment list (Result Publication)
Step 5: Physical Reporting to the allotted college.
ROUND-3/MOP-UP ROUND
Eligibility
a) NEET (UG)-2022 qualified candidates who have not registered in Round-1 & Round 2.
b) Those who registered but were not allotted a seat in Round-1 & Round-2.
c) The candidate registered in Round-1/Round 2 & availed Free Exit.
d) Candidates who joined the allotted seat in the 2nd Round and submitted willingness for up-gradation in the 3nd Round
e) Those Candidates who leave/resign the allotted seat in the 2nd Round, with forfeiture of Security money, 3 days prior to the commencement of the 3rd Round can register again with payment of
complete fees.
Process
Step 1: Registration for AACCC-UG Counseling. (Those candidates who participated in 1st Round/2nd Round need not be registered afresh)
Step 2: Payment of Counseling Fee includes non-refundable Registration Fee and Security Money.
(Need not pay by the candidates, those who already paid the counseling fee at time of registration for 1st Round /2nd Round)
Step 3: Choice filling and locking.
Step 4: Release of Seat allotment list (Result Publication)
Step 5: Physical Reporting to the allotted college.
IMPORTANT 
It is mandatory for the candidates to take admission on their upgraded seats in
the 3rd Round/ Mop-Up Round from Round 1 & 2 admitted seats. Such candidates, if
not joined in the upgraded seats, are ineligible for any further AYUSH counseling (Central/State/UT/ Nominated seat, etc.) and their security money will be forfeited.
FINAL STRAY VACANCY ROUND FOR AIQG/AIQGA/CU/NI
 The Stray Vacancy Round for admission in vacant seats (not joined/non-reporting) after 3rd/Mop-up Round of AACCC-UG Counseling of Govt./Govt. Aided colleges/CU/NI will be conducted
through online mode by the AACCC, M/o Ayush.
Eligibility & Process
a) All registered candidates who were not allotted a seat in any of the previous rounds are eligible for Stray Vacancy Round.
b) There will be no Fresh Registration in Final Stray Vacancy Round.
c) There will be no choice filling in Final Stray Vacancy Round.
d) The choices filled during 3
rd/Mop-Up Round will be considered for allotment in Stray Vacancy Round.
e) The seats will be allotted by the software as per choices submitted during 3rd/Mop-up Round.
FINAL STRAY VACANCY ROUND FOR DEEMED UNIVERSITY

 For Deemed Universities, the Stray Vacancy Round will be conducted by the respective Deemed University.
 AACCC will send a list of eligible registered candidates to Deemed Universities and is to be exhausted strictly in order of merit in Stray vacancy Round.

Required Original Documents:-

Original documents (along with attested photocopies of documents) required
at the time of joining in allotted ASU& H College are as below:
i. Admit Cards of NEET Exam issued by NTA.
ii. NEET Result/ Rank letter issued by NTA.
iii. Date of Birth Certificate (if 10th Standard Certificate does not bear the same)
iv. Class 10th Certificate
v. Class 10+2 Certificate
vi. Class 10+2 Marks Sheet
vii. Eight (8) Passport size photograph same as affixed on the application form.
viii. Provisional Allotment Letter generated online from AACCC portal.
ix. Proof of identity (Aadhar/ PAN/ Driving License/ Passport/ Voter ID )
x. Medical Fitness Certificate issued by Registered Medical Practitioner in
prescribed format as attached in Annexure-VI.
xi. The Candidate should also bring the following certificate, if applicable:
a) Disability Certificate
b) SC/ST Certificate
c) OBC certificate
d) Economically Weaker Section (EWS) certificate
