RAJASTHAN AYUSH COUNSELLING 2024 : ALL DETAILS

BAMS/BUMS/BHMS/BNYS admission counselling will be conducted by UG/PG AYUSH Counselling Admission Board, Rajasthan, Jodhpur on the basis of notification mentioned in the information bulletin of NEET UG issued by NTA at point no -13.5 of Chapter no -13 that “use of resultof NEET (UG) by other organizations. The result of the NEET (UG) may be utilized by other entities of Central/State Governments for admission purpose in accordance with their rules” for admissions in all Government and Private BAMS/BUMS/BHMS/BNYS colleges in Rajasthan as per the rules and regulationslaid down by NCISM, NCH and directions from the Central Govt., State Govt. and other concerned agencies.

COUNSELLING SCHEDULE
1st Round Schedule

 It is a mandatory step for subsequent process of allotments.
A candidate who does not fill application form will not be eligible for allotment.

COUNSELLING FEE
Counselling Fee: INR 25,000/- must be deposited before the choice filing for BAMS/BHMS/BUMS/BNYS seats.

REGISTRATION FEE

1. All candidates are required to deposit non-refundable registration fee of Rs. 2000/- for GEN/EWS /OBC/MBC & Rs. 1500/- for, SC, ST, ST-STA category candidate belonging to Rajasthan state domicile through Internet banking / Debit card / Credit card.
2. All Candidates belonging to other states are required to deposit non-refundable application fee of Rs. 2000/-through Internet banking /Debit card/Credit card.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION

No candidate shall be allowed to be admitted to the BAMS/BUMS/BHMS/BNYS course until he or she has passed the qualifying examination as here under:

BAMS
(Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine & Surgery)
10+2 passed with Science Biology with English (Minimum 50 % for General* and 40 % for SC/ST/OBC marks in aggregate is compulsory in Physics Chemistry, Biology) and NEET-2023 with required percentile of eligibility
BUMS
(Bachelor of Unani Medicine & Surgery)
10+2 passed with Science Biology with English (Minimum 50 % for General* and 40 % for SC/ST/OBC marks in aggregate is compulsory in Physics,
Chemistry, Biology) and NEET-2023 with required percentile of eligibility
BHMS
(Bachelor of Homoeopathic Medicine & Surgery)
10+2 passed with Science Biology with English (Minimum 50 % for General* and 40 % for SC/ST/OBC marks in aggregate is compulsory in Physics Chemistry, Biology) and NEET-2023 with required percentile of eligibility
BNYS
(Bachelor of Naturopathy & Yogic Sciences)
10+2 passed with Science Biology with English. Neither appearing NEET-2023 nor cutoff marks are necessary for BNYS However –
 Preference will be given to NEET-2023 qualified candidates
 Second Priority – Senior Secondary (PCB) score card Merit (Candidates not

Print and preserve 02 copies of the registration form filled on-line along with the following documents in original and (02) two sets of self-attested photocopies of the following documents compulsorily with you:
1. NEET 2023 Score Card & NEET 2023 Admit Card
2. Allotment Letter
3. Mark sheet of 10+2 (senior school certificate examination) or its equivalent
4. Date of Birth Certificate: 10th class mark sheet / certificate or any other equivalent certificate showing the date of birth
5. Mark sheet of secondary examination (10th class)
6. Mark sheets of 12th if passed in more than one attempt
7. Certificate/ Document providing your eligibility as selected by you at the time of filling on-line application form- (I to XI) – as given under serial 3 under eligibility criteria in the information booklet
8. Copy of photo ID (driving license / PAN card / Voter ID / Govt. or PSU card / School ID card/12th class examination admit card / Aadhaar card)
9. Valid Caste certificate, sub-category certificate (if applicable)

IMPORTANT RULES
  1. 15% All India quota seats of B.A.M.S./B.H.M.S./B.U.M.S. Courses in Private AYUSH institutions will be filled by the UG/PG AYUSH Counselling Board, Govt. of Rajasthan according to Govt. of India/NTA guidelines mentioned in information bulletin of NTA. However, 15% All India Quota seats of B.A.M.S./B.H.M.S./B.U.M.S. courses in Govt. AYUSH colleges will be filled by AACCC as per directions of Ministry of AYUSH, Govt. of India.
  2. State/UT counseling authorities shall conduct 2 Rounds of counseling for admission in 15% All India Quota (AIQ) UG/PG seats of Private AYUSH Institutes/ Private State Universities (other than Deemed Universities). The AIQ seats that remain vacant after the second round of counseling will be converted to the State/UT Government quota seats, and the same shall be filled up in further rounds as per norms/ rules.
  3. The Counselling fee (Security Money) will be forfeited if a candidate does not join the allotted seat of Round-2 or Surrender/withdraw the seat allotted in Round-2 based on the.candidate’s request, Further the Security money will also be forfeited if the allotted seat of.Round-2 is cancelled due to any unforeseen reason from the candidate’s end. For example, the.candidate gives wrong information at the time of registration on the basis of which a seat may.be allotted and later cancelled by the Admission Authorities at the time of reporting or fails to produce the required documents at the time of admission (within the stipulated time).
  4. After the allotment of round 02, candidates who got allotted seats will have an option to surrender his/her seat only within the duration of three days after date of allotment along with.the condition of forfeiting his/her Counselling fee (Security Money) After the said period,.candidates will not be allowed to withdraw/surrender their admitted seats of Round 2. If they do so, they will be ineligible for any further AYUSH counseling conducted by Central/State/UT
