The Directorate of AYUSH is a Government body under department of Medical Education (AYUSH) in Chhattisgarh Government. This Directorate was established in Year 2000 with the inception of Chhattisgarh State. Beginning from 1 Government Ayurveda Medical College under its belt, the Directorate now has administration of 2 Government Ayurveda Medical Colleges, 8 Private AYUSH Colleges (4 Ayurveda,1 Homeopathy and 1 Naturopathy and Yoga).
Qualified and eligible candidates are required to register on the Directorate of AYUSH, Chhattisgarh website i.e. https://cgayush.admissions.nic.in to participate in the online counseling process. Directorate of AYUSH, Chhattisgarh does not allot any seat either manually or on nomination basis.
15% AIQ Seats of Govt. Ayurved Colleges will be filled by AACCC (Ayush Admissions Central Counseling Committee), Ministry of AYUSH through separate counseling. Candidates are advised to be aware regarding the same. Counselling for 15% All India Quota seats of private institutes will be done by the Directorate of AYUSH, Chhattisgarh alongwith 85% Chhattisgarh State Quota Seats. All AIQ Seats of private institutes are open in nature (all category candidates are eligible).
