REGISTRATION FEE
Online counseling one time registration Fee is Rs- 2,000/- for round 1 and round 2 for all categories, but registration fee for fresh registration (for fresh candidate) in Round 2 is Rs. 2000/-. To Participate in IIIrd /Mop-up Round registration of Rs-2000/- is required for all candidates of all categories. Candidate can generate his/her allotment letter only after deposition of security fee (Rs. 15000 for U.G) which would be refundable after last round of counseling, once the candidate has taken admission.

Candidates are required to produce following self-attested documents at the time of admission in respective colleges along with the original documents for verification.
• Coloured passport size photographs (five)
• High School (10th) Certificate for Age proof.
• Intermediate (10+2) Certificate.
• Intermediate (10+2) Marksheet.
• NEET 2023 Admit Card
• NEET 2023 Result/Rank letter
• Certificate of Reserve category, if applicable (SC,ST,OBC,EWS)
• Certificate of Sub Category, if applicable. (for Domicile/Permanent resident of Uttarakhand only)
• DPW/Dependent of FF/PwD(PH) category certificate issued by competent authority of Uttarakhand state only, if applicable.
• Certificates required for Ward of Kashmiri Migrants, if applicable.
• Domicile Certificate ( For Uttarakhand domicile candidate only)
• Valid ID proof (preferably Aadhar Card/Passport/Driving License etc.)
• Character Certificate (by last institute attended).

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
For BAMS & BHMS & BUMS :-
The candidate must have passed in the subjects of Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English individually and must have obtained a minimum of 50% marks taken together in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology at the qualifying examination (Intermediate) for UR/EWS Candidate. In respect of candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste / Scheduled Tribes or Other Backward Classes, the marks obtained in Physics, Chemistry and Biology taken together in qualifying examination be 40% instead of 50%. Further, for persons with disability the minimum of 45% marks for UR/EWS-PwD and 40% OBC-PwD, SC-PwD, & ST-PwD
Age Limit:-
No candidate will be admitted to BAMS, BUMS and BHMS Degree courses unless he/she has attained the age of seventeen years on or before the 31st December 2023. Further, there is no upper age limit for admission to ASU&H-UG courses.
Counseling will be done on the basis of merit in NEET-2023 as per following percentile.

COUNSELLING ROUND
1. FIRST ROUND:
- Candidates have to online register (including payment of required registration) themselves and fill choices as per their preference & eligibility to become eligible for first round of counseling.
- Candidates must keep a print copy of the online choice filled form for future reference.
- The College allotment letter will be available online along with necessary instructions in the University website only. The printout of this allotment letter will have to be produced by the candidate at the time of admission to the college allotted. No extension of last date of admission will be permitted.
- Candidates who are allotted the seats will have to secure admission in the concerned AYUSH colleges on or before the last date of admission of that particular round otherwise admission stands cancelled automatically.
- Candidates allotted/admitted to the institution/college in the first round of counseling can exercise option to participate in second round of counseling for up gradation. Round 1 candidate can upgrade from their allotted seat, if he/she is not satisfied. He/she can still participate in Round 2.
- Candidate can generate his/her allotment letter only after deposition of security fee (Rs. 15000 for U.G) which would be refundable after last round of counseling, once the candidate has taken admission.
- The security fee (Rs.15000) will be forfeited if a candidate does not join the allotted seat of Round-1 or surrender/withdraw the seat allotted in Round-1. Further, the security fee will also be forfeited if the allotted seat of Round-1 is cancelled due to any unforeseen reason from the candidate’s end. For example, the candidate gives wrong information at the time of registration on the basis of which a seat may be allotted and later cancelled by the Admission Authorities at the time of reporting or fails to produce the required documents at the time of admission. However, if the admitted candidate opts for upgradation in Round 2, the same Security fee will carried forwarded.
- Candidates who have taken admission against the allotted seats will be permitted for course/college/quota up-gradation up to second round of counseling only.
- The registered candidate who does not get allotment to any College may participate in the next round of counseling.
2. SECOND ROUND:-
- The following group of candidates are eligible for 2nd Round of allotment:-
Group–I : Registered candidates who did not get any seat allotment in the 1st round.
Group–II : Candidates who have reported/joined at allotted institute during 1st round of allotment and wants to participate for second roundup-gradation.
Group-III : Candidates who have been allotted a seat but not joined.
Group-IV : Candidates who are registering for the first time. - New/Fresh Candidates have to online register (including payment of required registration) themselves and fill choices as per their preference & eligibility to become eligible for second round of counseling. However already registered Candidates & candidates opting for up gradation have to opt for upgradation without payment of registration fee.
- Candidates who have admitted against round I or II allotted seat and want to Resign/Surrender the Seat he/she has apply through college principal to Registrar, UAU, Dehradun before Mop-Up Round of the Counseling. Candidate will not claim for the seat once resigned/surrendered.
- Candidates who are allotted the seats will have to secure admission in the concerned AYUSH College on or before the last date of admission of that particular round otherwise admission stands cancelled automatically.
- Candidate can generate his/her allotment letter only after deposition of security fee (Rs. 15000 for U.G) which would be refundable after last round of counseling, once the candidate has taken admission.
- The security fee will be forfeited if a candidate does not join the allotted seat of Round-2 or surrender/withdraw the seat allotted in Round-2. Further, the security fee will also be forfeited if the allotted seat of Round-2 is cancelled due to any unforeseen reason from the candidate’s end. For example, the candidate gives wrong information at the time of registration on the basis of which a seat may be allotted and later cancelled by the Admission Authorities at the time of reporting or fails to produce the required documents at the time of admission.
3. IIIrd / Mop Up Round:-
- The following categories of candidates are eligible for IIIrd / Mop-up Round:-
o Candidates who are registering for the first time.
o Candidates who have registered but not allotted seat in Round I & Round II.
o All candidates except those who have taken admission in Round I or Round II.
o Candidates who have resigned/surrendered his/her allotted seats after admission in a
college/campus and had applied for the same through college principal to Registrar, UAU. - Candidates have to online register themselves to become eligible to IIIrd / Mop -UP Round Counseling.
- Eligible candidates will have to present him/her in front of counseling board at the designated counseling venue as per schedule date and time, for seat allotment along with required original document. No TA or any other allowances will be given to him/her. Candidate can generate his/her allotment letter only after deposition of security fee (Rs. 15000.for U.G) which would be refundable after last round of counseling, once the candidate has taken admission.
- Round-1/Round-2 admitted candidates can withdraw/surrender their admitted seat with
forfeiture of security fee before the commencement of registration of IIIrd / Mop-up round. After the said period, candidates will not be allowed to withdraw/surrender their admitted seat of Round-2. If they do so, they will be ineligible for any further AYUSH counseling. The security fee will be forfeited if a candidate does not join the allotted seat of IIIrd / Mop-up round or surrender/withdraw the seat allotted in Mop-up round. Further, the security fee will also be forfeited if the allotted seat of IIIrd / Mop-up round is cancelled due to any unforeseen reason from the candidate’s end. For example, the candidate gives wrong information at the time of registration on the basis of which a seat may be allotted and later cancelled by the Admission Authorities at the time of reporting or fails to produce the required documents at the time of admission.
