AACCC-UG Counseling Round-3rd: Eligibility, Process, and Reporting Rules

The Ayush Admissions Central Counseling Committee (AACCC) conducts counseling for admissions into various Ayush UG courses, including BAMS, BSMS, BUMS, BHMS, and B.Pharm (Ay). The 3rd round (R-3) of counseling is crucial for candidates who are yet to secure a seat or are seeking upgradation. This guide provides a detailed breakdown of the rules, eligibility criteria, and the complete process of R-3 counseling.

Reporting Rules for Round-3

If Allotted/Upgraded a Seat in R-3

  • Candidates who receive an allotment or an upgraded seat during R-3 must join the allotted seat as per the reporting schedule.
  • Failure to join will make them ineligible for further Ayush-UG Counseling (Central/State/UT) and result in the forfeiture of counseling fees.
  • If a candidate is allotted/upgraded through R-3 and was previously holding a seat from Ayush UG (State/UT) Counseling, their previous admission will be canceled.
  • Candidates who have joined an upgraded seat in R-3 cannot withdraw or surrender their seat. Doing so will make them ineligible for further counseling.

If Not Upgraded

  • Candidates admitted in Round-1 or Round-2 but not upgraded in R-3 will be treated as R-3 admitted candidates.
  • They must continue their study in the institute they joined in R-1/R-2.
  • If they withdraw their seat after the announcement of R-3 results, they will be ineligible for any future Ayush-UG Counseling.

If Not Allotted a Seat

  • Candidates who did not receive an allotment in R-3 are eligible to participate in the Stray Vacancy Round.
